At Randolph Dental we make every effort to maintain an efficient and effective schedule. We pride ourselves on being on time and prepared for your scheduled appointment. We expect our patients to do the same.
Therefore, we expect any patient that needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment to contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Appointment cancellations can not be accepted via e-mail with less than 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to charge a small cancellation or no-show fee if confirmed appointments are missed or broken without the proper notification.
